Clause 01

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mega333 ("Platform", "us"). This platform operates under international licensing and provides online betting services to eligible members in Malaysia.

This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of the overall agreement between you and mega333.

The services offered include sports betting, online slots, live casino, horse racing, virtual sports and any other products that may be added from time to time. All these services are subject to the terms set out here.

Clause 02

Eligibility to Use

To register and use the mega333 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party
• Not declared bankrupt or undergoing bankruptcy proceedings
• Not subject to an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

mega333 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Accounts found not to meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended without any obligation to pay out any remaining balance.

Clause 03

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mega333 at any given time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in all related accounts being suspended, with all balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials
• All activity that occurs through your account, including unauthorised activity
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur
• Notifying the support team promptly if you suspect unauthorised access

mega333 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your own login information secure.

Clause 04

Deposits and Payment Methods

The mega333 platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (including DuitNow Transfer and DuitNow QR)
• Online banking via FPX
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must be made using an account or wallet in your own name. mega333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source may be held pending the completion of an investigation.

mega333 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however payment service providers may impose their own fees depending on the method used.

Clause 05

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed using the same deposit method originally used by the member. In certain cases, withdrawals may be processed via an alternative method at mega333's discretion, subject to notification to the member.

Before the first withdrawal is processed, members may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC). This is a standard requirement for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Documents that may be required include:

• A clear copy of your identity card (MyKad) — front and back
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Additional information requested by the compliance team

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved. Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances beyond mega333's control, such as disruptions on the payment provider's end.

mega333 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of terms, subject to internal investigation.

Clause 06

Bonuses and Promotions

mega333 offers a welcome bonus to new members — 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus requires wagering 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal is permitted.

Example of wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

Specific terms that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used once per eligible member
• Wagering must use funds from the account balance that includes the bonus
• Some games may not count or may count at a different rate towards wagering requirements
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash
• mega333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the event of misuse or fraud

The mega333 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Progression to a higher tier depends on overall betting activity. Detailed terms and benefits may change from time to time.

Clause 07

Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the mega333 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that bet details — including team, market, odds and amount — are correct before confirming the bet.

mega333 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the following circumstances:

• The odds displayed are the result of a technical or human error
• A bet is placed after the event has started or ended
• The information forming the basis of those odds is found to be inaccurate
• There is evidence that the market has been manipulated by any party

For bets on live sporting events, time limits and market availability are subject to the rules of each sport. Official results from the event organising body are final for the purpose of bet settlement.

For slot and casino products, incomplete rounds resulting from technical disruptions will be settled according to the system log. mega333's system results are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's part.

Clause 08

Member Conduct and Prohibitions

mega333 members are required to use the platform in a lawful, honest and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting bugs, system errors or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Opening an account using another person's identity or false information
• Any activity involving money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Systematic bonus abuse through low-risk betting methods
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation

mega333 uses various detection systems to monitor unusual activity. Any findings indicating a violation will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Clause 09

Account Suspension and Termination

mega333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing inaccurate or misleading information during registration
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A request from the relevant authorities
• Account inactivity for a specified period

Members may also request voluntary account termination at any time through the customer support team. Valid balances will be refunded to the member once the verification process is complete, subject to no outstanding charges or unresolved violations.

In cases of suspension related to responsible gambling or self-exclusion, mega333 will take steps to ensure that access to the platform is restricted for the period requested by the member.

Clause 10

Liability Limits

mega333 provides this service on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or security vulnerabilities. mega333 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures or network issues
• Disputed betting outcomes other than those involving a provable system error
• Losses incurred as a result of a member's failure to comply with these terms
• Actions by third parties that are outside of mega333's control
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances

mega333's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit value made by that member in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

Clause 11

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mega333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this official website.

It is the member's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of these terms. The most recent update date is stated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the mega333 platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

Clause 12

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which mega333 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution through negotiation cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The invalidity of any provision within these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect. Continued use of the platform means you accept that the laws of our licensing jurisdiction apply to this agreement.
